These rules and regulations have been chosen for your convenience and security, and to help us create a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Check In/Check Out: Check in office first. Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. during the winter. Summer check in hours 12p-6:00p.m. Please call if you want to check in after those times. Guests who wish to check-in after 6:30 p.m. will have to park out front until morning. Check out is at noon. If you wish to extend your stay, please check with office to renew your campsite, if available. By 10:00 a.m. if staying another day. Additional charge for late departures. No refunds for early departure or adverse weather.

Deposits are refundable minus a $10 cancellation fee if a reservation is canceled at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within the week of your arrival you forfeit the deposit amount. No shows will be charged full rental charges for time reserved.


REGISTRATION/RESERVATIONS:Site fees are for 2 adults. Children that are 8 years old or under are free. The fee for additional guests is $3.00 per person per night (up to a maximum of 4-6 people per site). All guests must register at the office upon arrival, before entering the park. Management will assign spaces.

RV SITE RENT: Rates include water and sewer for overnight guests.
Weekly & Monthly guest are required to pay for power usage.
Rates are as follows:
Nightly: $45.00
Weekly: $185.00 + power + deposit $50.00 (non-refundable)

Power: $.07/kw


RV SITE USE: The limit for each space is one RV, two cars. Parking space assigned by the manager. Fall camping HEATED WATER HOSE is required.

RV APPEARANCE: To maintain a quality RV park, the Manager has the right to approve or reject the type and appearance of any RVs.

GARBAGE: Seal garbage in plastic bags and deposit in the dumpsters across from the office. PLEASE DO NOT leave garbage outside your trailer, this attracts wildlife.

TRAFFIC: The speed limit within the RV park is 5 mph. Please respect pedestrians’ right of way. All traffic must be on roadways only.

PARKING: No parking on roadway. Renters and visitors may park in designated parking areas only. Park on your designated space only or check with the manager to be assigned parking space.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not prohibited in and around the office and near other guests outdoors. Cigarette butts are considered litter. Please do not throw them on the ground.

CAMPFIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Vehicles should not be started and left running during these hours except on an emergency basis. Vehicles driving in the trailer court during these hours must be as quiet as possible. No loud music or noise is allowed during this period. Generators are not allowed during quiet hours.

PETS are welcome. FOR OUR GUESTS WITH PETS We love your dogs and cats! They must be kept on a leash under your supervision/control at all times. Do not leave your pets outside unattended. Pens, fences, and/or kennels are not permitted. When they POOP, you SCOOP. Please keep dogs out of the ponds. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

SEPTIC SYSTEM: Please make sure you maintain a positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose.Please DO NOT FLUSH SANITARY PRODUCTS/WIPES! Flush only items clearly marked "safe for septic systems".


RULES AND REGULATIONS: The Manager reserves the right to make any changes to our rules and regulations in the best interest of Strawberry Adventures RV. We desire to make your stay a pleasant, fun, and safe experience. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding these rules, we'd be happy to discuss them with you.

LIABILITY: Strawberry Adventures RV is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, wind, flood, earthquake, accidents, theft, vandalism or for the actions of any guest. Guests are responsible for the damage they cause to any park property. It is the responsibility of each renter or visitor to provide both physical damage and liability insurance coverage for his/her RV. Rental spaces always remain under the control of the Park Manager.

AREA HAZARDS: Strawberry Adventures RV is in a natural area near streams and rocks. It is possible that rocks on the hillside above the RV Park may become dislodged. Strawberry Adventures RV assumes no liability if these rocks cause damage to your property. If you are concerned about the possibility of damage to your property, please contact the Manager and ask to be moved to another location. All-natural areas may be hazardous and are entered into at your own risk.
For their own safety, please make sure that children are always supervised and accompanied by an adult within the park.

Our goal is to make Strawberry Adventures RV a clean, safe, and enjoyable place to stay and play. Please be thoughtful and courteous to your neighbors. Together, we can make your stay with us a great experience!

This resort is privately owned. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register any undesirable guests or RVs.

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in termination of your stay without refund.
